Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is elected for 3 years from experts who have at least 10 years of experience in the field of educational reform and international development assistance. The Board oversees financial, expenditure and immediate operational issues.

Executive Director
Executive Director of NFID is appointed for 2 years by the Board of Directors. Candidates for this position must have at least 5 years of experience in senior positions in the field of education, governance or development aid programs.

Supervisory Board
Supervisory Board consists of at least 5 members. The Board is elected for a period of 5 years. Its members are experts in the field of education and educational development. The Board is NFID’s governmental and policy-making entity. It has a right to evaluate and revise the general activities of NFID.
